Starting December 11th, Coach Heather will be starting a dedicated beginner class on Wed. nights at 6:30 PM. We HIGHLY ecourage all students with 6 months or less of training to attend.
What is Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a Martial Art that derives from South East Asia, Specifically Thailand. It uses "the 8 Limbs" hands, elbows, knees and legs as weapons, as well as stand up grappling. It has become the main striking element of MMA, and is thought to be one of the deadliest Martial Arts.

Do I need to be a fighter?
Absolutely not!!!!! If you want to fight, we can make that happen, but if you just want to get in the best shape of your life, we can make that happen too.
You can train LIKE a fighter, without the need to risk injury. As a bonus, you can burn up to 1000 calories in a 1 hour session.
